Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod sent humanitarian aid to the Northern Military District zone

Almost 100 boxes of humanitarian aid for special operation fighters were collected in the Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod.

According to the district administration, educational institutions, public organizations of veterans, local public organizations, the District Women’s Council, an association of large families, as well as deputies, administration employees and entrepreneurs of the district made their contribution to the collection of things necessary for the fighters.

The humanitarian aid included essential items, equipment, as well as badges and holiday cards on the eve of the celebration of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War.

The head of the Leninsky district administration, Sergei Lukoyanov, thanked everyone who took part in the gathering.

“You are helping them overcome the difficulties of the military situation and, I hope, that the transferred cargo will help alleviate the difficult conditions of the soldiers a little, and feel our support, care and attention. The entire Leninsky district is waiting for our guys with victory, alive and unharmed! Thank you very much again for that kindness “What are you doing!” said Sergei Lukoyanov.

The dispatch of humanitarian aid took place in a solemn atmosphere as part of the All-Russian action “We do not abandon our own.” The event was attended by deputies of the Nizhny Novgorod City Duma, representatives of the Council of Veterans of the Leninsky District, the United Russia party and residents of the Leninsky District.

Let us remind you that on April 1, three trucks with humanitarian aid went to the Northern Military District zone from the Nizhny Novgorod region.

Earlier it was reported that deputies of the Nizhny Novgorod Legislative Assembly would send equipment for fighters in the Northern Military District zone.
