The head of the Kaluga city government, Yuri Moiseev, and the City Mayor, Dmitry Denisov, presented the Order of Courage to the participant in the special military operation, Maxim Asadullin. By decree of the President of Russia he was awarded for courage, bravery and dedication. For their assistance to SVO participants, heads of industrial enterprises and members of veteran organizations “VoIn” and “Typhoon” were awarded medals “80 years of liberation of Kaluga.”
“Today, with great pleasure, we presented a high state award to a real hero. With medals we noted the merits of our fellow countrymen who demonstrate an active civic position and contribute to our common future victory“, emphasized Yuri Moiseev.
Deputies adjusted the forecast plan for the privatization of municipal property.
The privatization program includes: a non-residential building with a land plot on Darwin Street, non-residential premises in house No. 24 on Lenin Street, non-residential premises in house No. 10/75 on Pushkin Street, a garden house on Dachnaya Street and six non-residential premises in house No. 5 on Karpov street. The house on Karpova Street is a cultural heritage site of federal significance “Residential house with a fish smokehouse from the mid-18th century”
The amount of planned revenues to the city budget will be about 12 million rubles.
Changes were made to the structure of the City Government. In order to strengthen control in the areas of urban and housing and communal services, the position of the first deputy city mayor – head of the municipal services department is being introduced instead of the deputy city mayor – head of the municipal services department. The First Deputy City Mayor will also oversee the housing and communal services department. The social block departments will be under the control of the Deputy City Mayor.
Parliamentarians decided to register ownerless property. A heating network with a length of 81 meters, located in the area of house No. 1a on Truda Street, was declared ownerless.
Deputies decided to install memorial plaques and name streets.
A memorial plaque will be installed on the façade of the Energia sports school building in memory of school student Yegor Dulid, who died during a special military operation. Egor Dulida died on June 12, 2023, and was awarded the Medal “For Courage” and the Order of Courage by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
On the facade of house No. 71 on Guryanova Street there will be a plaque in memory of the head of children’s outpatient department No. 8, Tatyana Morozova.
And on the facade of house No. 118 on Suvorov Street there is a memorial plaque dedicated to the memory of Mikhail Yankelevich, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, one of the founders of the veteran movement in our city.
The street in the Pravoberezhye microdistrict was named in honor of Nikolai Privalov. Nikolai Nikolaevich Privalov served in the prosecutor’s office for more than 30 years, from 1992 to 2002 he served as prosecutor of the Kaluga region, and was awarded orders and medals.
The park in the area of Marata Street was given the name “Park of the Theater of Young Spectators”.
Parliamentarians decided to hold the Day of Territorial Public Self-Government in Kaluga on May 31.
Transactions were also agreed upon for municipal enterprises “Kalugateploset”, “Department of Comprehensive Public Services” and “Kaluga Trolleybus Administration”, related to the construction of main heating networks, leasing of municipal property and the purchase of car tires.
