Roman Zhogov does not intend to resign as a deputy of the Voronezh City Duma

Roman Zhogov does not intend to resign his mandate as a deputy of the Voronezh City Duma.

As Obozrevatel.Vrn reports, an application for deprivation of the status of a permanent deputy was accepted from him today at a meeting of the City Duma.

Roman Zhogov will nevertheless remain a deputy, but will not receive a salary in parliament.

The deputy himself said that he could not fully attend meetings, councils and other events due to litigation, while remaining on leave without pay.

To provide for his family, the parliamentarian will find employment elsewhere.
