For the purpose of non-financial incentives for enterprises to increase labor productivity, implement the activities of the regional project “Systemic measures to increase labor productivity” within the framework of the national project “Labor Productivity”, identifying the best mentoring practices and their encouragement by the Department of Economic Development of the Kurgan Region in accordance with the Decree of the Governor of the Kurgan Region dated May 5, 2022 No. 50 “On approval of the Regulations on holding the regional stage of the competition “Best Mentoring Practices of the Kurgan Region” region” a collection of applications for participation in the competition “Best Mentoring Practices of the Kurgan Region” has been announced.

For enterprises participating in the national project “Labor productivity» the regional stage of the competition is held in the following nominations:

• 1. “Breakthrough technologies to increase labor productivity“;
• 2. “Professional development of youth”;
• 3. “Digital innovation in the enterprise.”

  Among enterprises that are not participants in the national project “Labor productivity“, the competition is held in the following special categories:

• 1. “Best Mentoring Practices for Improving Work Productivity“;
• 2. “Mentoring in the Hospitality Industry”

  The hospitality industry includes the following types of economic activities in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Types of Economic Activities OKVED 2:

• 55. Activities to provide places for temporary residence;
• 56. Activities for the provision of food and beverages;
• 79. Activities of travel agencies and other organizations providing services in the field of tourism;
• 90. Creative activities, activities in the field of art and entertainment organizations;
• 91. Activities of libraries, archives, museums and other cultural objects;
• 93. Activities in the field of sports, recreation and entertainment.

  Start date for accepting applications for participation in the competition: April 26, 2024.
  Closing date for applications: June 07, 2024.
