The Magistrate’s Court in St. Petersburg twice issued warnings to the radio station “Piter FM” and its founder Sergei Yamshchikov. The reason was the broadcast of songs by Sergei Shnurov and Zemfira Ramazanova*. This was reported by the head of the joint press service of city courts, Daria Lebedeva, in her Telegram channel.

— The magistrate of court precinct No. 14 held R178 LLC and Sergei Yamshchikov liable under Part 2 of Art. 13.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure for manufacturing or distributing mass media products). The court warned the public twice and Yamshchikov twice,” Lebedeva said.

The radio aired the song “Drinking in St. Petersburg,” which uses the slang name for hashish and also promotes alcohol. At the same time, it was broadcast with the age marking “12+”.

Also in July 2023, the song “Do you want?” was performed on Piter FM. Zemfira Ramazanova*. She was recognized as a foreign agent in February of the same year. At the same time, there was no mention of its status and restrictions on the distribution of such information products among children.

Earlier, 78.ru wrote that the court fined the St. Petersburg publication for not labeling Zemfira* in an article about psychology. The investigation found that the article about helpline clients listed the psychological characteristics and musical preferences of a certain person.
