Kazakh photographer Dmitry Dotsenko published a new series of photographs. Landscape shots once again appealed to numerous fans of the popular photographer’s work, Zakon.kz reports.

Dotsenko’s publication was posted on April 23, 2024 on her Instagram page.

“Spring in the foothills of the Trans-Ili Alatau is a very beautiful time! The meadows are covered with fresh, lush grass. An excellent subject for a photo. Little Kolpakovsky irises are already blooming on the slopes, they are being replaced by large Albert irises. All these are unique Red Book flowers – endemic to our Alatau!”Dmitry Dotsenko

Continuing, Dotsenko clarified that apricots hardly bloom this year – this is due to frost in the last days of March.

“Well, nature decided to rest. But at the end of April, the apple trees began to bloom. Beautiful large flowers immediately attract bumblebees and bees. Dandelion meadows are scattered with yellow spots in the green grass – here you can watch butterflies. I saw several different species, I was able to photograph hives, very colorful. And the most attentive ones will also see the mushrooms that have appeared – May mushrooms, bluelegs, morels – these are traditional spring representatives of the foothills of the Trans-Ili Alatau. This is such a beautiful time in a beautiful place.”Dmitry Dotsenko

In conclusion, the photographer emphasized that he will never cease to admire the unique nature near the big city.

  • Beautiful nature of Kazakhstan.
  • I can’t get enough of your photos!
  • Spring has fully come into its own!
  • What a beauty and your description conveys the aroma of spring.
  • With the bumblebee, in general, it’s great,” netizens write after viewing the pictures.

On April 20, 2024, Dotsenko showed how colorful Almaty blossomed.
