“In a professional competition, participants strive to show their best qualities, come up with new dishes, experiment with flavors and combinations of products. This helps them improve their skills and reach new heights in their profession. I’m glad that the chefs used local products. Greens, vegetables and meat are from Lipetsk producers,” comments Lipetsk Region Governor Igor Artamonov.
