In the Saratov region, families with three children will be able to receive cash payments instead of land plots. This decision was made today, April 24, at a meeting of the regional Duma.
At the moment, in the region, large families with 4 or more children could receive a plot of land for free. Also, instead of it, they have the right to receive a payment of 250 thousand rubles. Families where 3 children previously only had the right to privatize any free plot, they were not provided with money instead of land. Now, according to the law, the right to receive 250 thousand rubles also applies to them.
However, in order to receive funds, a large family with 3 children must be registered as needing housing. Also, according to the law, a criterion will be developed to determine this need.
