The ecosystem of city services “Digital Petersburg”, created with the support of Governor Alexander Beglov, has been replenished with a new chatbot in Telegram – “Committee for Civil Registry Office Affairs of St. Petersburg”. The bot menu has five sections. When going to the “Information about services” section, the user has access to items with explanations about the government services provided. Among them: registration of birth, marriage, divorce, death registration, obtaining certificates and repeated documents.
