In Saratov, an illegal shopping pavilion was demolished by court decision. This was reported on the city hall website.

The publication says that the Arbitration Court of the Saratov Region ordered an individual entrepreneur to dismantle a stall with an information sign “Tobacco”, which is located on Krainaya Street. The court found that the object is located on public territory, and there are no rights to the land plot.

“The Kirov ROSP of Saratov initiated enforcement proceedings, within the framework of which coercive measures were applied to the debtor as provided for by the law on enforcement proceedings,” officials said.

Today the city administration and bailiffs learned that the facility was demolished.

Let us note that messages about the demolition of shopping pavilions on the website of the administration of the regional center appear quite often. However, the kiosks near the circus, owned by the former mayor’s son-in-law, have not been demolished.
