The ideological inspirer of the project, director of the department of culture of the Tyumen region Elena Mayer:

Today it is especially important to strengthen the unity of our people, invest in a common space of culture and education, and preserve traditional values. The development of creative and creative industries is one of the priority areas in our region. And the Cultural and Educational Forum helps us move in this direction. On the sidelines of the forum, through professional and interested dialogue among cultural specialists, new ideas and programs are born that contribute to the formation of active communities and improving the quality of life of people. I am sure that as a result of the fourth forum we will see new initiatives that will transform the region.

KOFTO-24 began with industry days at the sites of cultural institutions of the Tyumen region, continued in the “Olympic Rebyachka” with the work of the visiting “cultural college” KOFTO_Yu for creative youth 14-18 years old, a master’s degree program for cultural workers and an MBA program for managers.

For 6 days, participants worked to generate new ideas for the development of culture in the region, exchanged experiences with colleagues, presented their projects, and gained knowledge and skills from practicing experts in the field of management management, design, art history and cultural studies.

In 2024, 20 experts from all over Russia worked with the forum participants, including Alena Lepeshkina, a stand-up trainer, author of a series of antidepressant books; Andrey Lyublinsky – professional designer and artist; Larisa Suleymanova – director of the Irkutsk Regional State Universal Scientific Library named after.
