Photographers from the Kaluga region are invited to participate in the international competition “Russian Civilization”. Acceptance of applications starts on June 12 and will last until October 12. The competition is held by the Federal Agency for National Affairs.
Both professional photographers and amateurs over 18 years old can take part in the competition. There are three nominations: “Unique Nature”, “Persons and Generations”, “Traditions of a Big Country”. The participants are faced with the task of conveying the beauty of Russian nature, the national color and identity of the peoples of Russia.
The best works will be determined by a jury consisting of well-known nominees and laureates of professional awards in Russia and the world, honored cultural figures, artists, actors, and photojournalists.
The award ceremony for the winners will take place at one of the popular venues in Moscow on the eve of National Unity Day.
