A joint raid by the traffic police and bailiffs led to the seizure of 27 cars belonging to debtors. An automatic software package helped identify car owners with debts on the road “Road Bailiff” The results of the raid were reported in the press service of the regional FSSP.
The “Traffic Bailiff” program scans the traffic flow and “snatches” from it cars registered to debtors. Then the car is stopped and the car owner has to talk with the bailiffs. During the raid, more than 100 cars were stopped in this way.
— Eighteen drivers received demands to immediately appear before the bailiff at the place of enforcement proceedings. A number of debtors preferred to pay on the spot – the total amount of such payments was 129 thousand rubles, of which 18 thousand were traffic police fines, said the department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Chelyabinsk Region.
However, 27 cars, the value of which was comparable to the size of the debt, were seized. One car was removed from the site by tow truck. It turned out that four enforcement proceedings were initiated against the owner of Chery Tiggo, and the total debt on loans was 1.3 million rubles. In addition to this, there are enforcement fees for violating the voluntary deadline in the amount of 90.5 thousand rubles. As a result, the car was sent for storage to the collecting bank. The owner will have time to pay these amounts; if this does not happen, the car will be taken away to pay off debts.
Let us remind you that last year in the Chesme region, bailiffs, accompanied by doctors, forcibly hospitalized a patient with tuberculosis. Previously, the man refused to undergo treatment voluntarily.
