For those who received the document last year and did not change the project, approval of the architectural design of the facility and the development of a project for locating a cafe with an attached diagram of the boundaries of the land plot are not required. You just need to submit an application for the provision of the above municipal services.
According to the Tambov administration, due to changes in federal legislation, the use of land for summer cafes is now paid. According to the Decree of the Government of the Tambov Region No. 638 dated 08/07/2023, the fee is 0.6% of the cadastral value of the land plot.
