The complaint was received by the police from residents of an apartment building and reached the court, the joint press service of the Kaluga Region Court reported.
The statement indicated that the man listened loudly to his favorite hits twice: from 17 to 01:00 on September 13 and from 16 to 00:30 on September 15, 2023. Based on the results of the inspection by the administrative commission, protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up against the music lover. For each of them he received a fine of 1,500 rubles.
The Kaluzhanin tried to challenge the decision of the administrative commission in court, citing the fact that on one of the indicated days he came home after 19:00, and other people lived in the apartment besides him. However, the courts of first and appellate instances left the rulings unchanged.
