In Ryazan, parents are forced to “storm” the registration office at the municipal budgetary institution “Psychological-Medical-Pedagogical Commission” on Ostrovsky Street. A message about this and a photo were published in the “Overheard in Ryazan” group.
“It’s impossible to make an appointment by phone; they answer that there is no schedule or it’s busy. Parents ask for time off from work, waste time traveling and waiting in line, but this is not a guarantee that you will be enrolled. And there is no one to resolve the issue with. The head of this institution is on vacation,” the post says.
