Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin explained why the State Duma Council decided to hold an extraordinary plenary meeting on July 15.
“Since July 4, 42 bills have been submitted for consideration by the State Duma. In two weeks, a total of 86 initiatives were submitted. Our task is not to leave them for the fall, but to try to consider them as soon as possible, ”said the speaker of the State Duma. He also explained that the initiatives will concern support for the economy, citizens and military personnel. This was reported by the parliamentary television of the State Duma “Duma TV”.
