More than once, collaborators and representatives of the occupation authorities of the regions occupied by Russia were eliminated, so this time it did not bypass one of the Gauleiters of Kherson. On Friday, at night against September 30, it became known that Aleksey Katerinichev, “deputy head” of the occupying authorities of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, died as a result of a missile strike.

This was announced by a member of the Public Chamber of Russia Alexander Malkevich in his Telegram channel. He noted that Katerinichev managed to work in his position for only a month.

“Before his appointment, he served in the border troops and FSB units for 25 years, after that he worked as the first deputy head of the Leader Center for Rescue Operations of Special Risk,” Malkevich says in the message.

In addition, in the official biography of Katerinichev, it is noted that he participated in more than 20 counter-terrorist operations. The member of the Public Chamber blames the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the death of the “deputy head”.

Information about his death was also confirmed by the “military-civilian administration” of the invaders for the Russian propaganda publication “RIA-Novosti”.

As Telegraf previously reported, the Gauleiter of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, threatened President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky after the shelling of his office.
